Harshil Deliwala is the Founder Chairman and Managing Director of the SNS Group, Surat’s one of the leading commercial real estate developers. He has been in the real estate business for the last 40 years and has been pillar of strength and innovation for the entire organization. He takes a first-hand responsibility in overseeing all the firm’s policies and procedures as well as day-to-day operations and management. Apart from his organizational responsibilities, he has led SNS groups development of more than 14 million square feet of prime real estate space in terms of holistic planning, design, structure, innovation, and implementation.

Being an inspirational icon, Harshil has mentored quite a few leaders in the industry and takes responsibility for bringing fresh artists into the fold. His experience in the field precedes his reputation. A skilled communicator, optimist and a team leader, his ideas always exude a sense of refined style and exotic elegance, which is skillfully reflected in our company’s projects. In addition to being the co-founder of SNS Developers, he is the Chief Co-Ordinator for CREDAI, Gujarat and CREDAI, Surat since last ten years. Lastly, he is actively involved in several social and religious groups and organizations at local and national level.

Being the first-generation entrepreneur and coming from a humble background with a keen acumen of business and management Subodh Sanghavi is the founder chairman and the managing director of the SNS Group, Surat’s one of the leading commercial real estate developers. His grit and work enthusiasm has taken the company to many heights and has been the catalyst of company’s growth and developing the brands good will in the industry.

Subodh has been in the real estate business for more than 40 years and played pivotal role in establishing the core ethical values of the company. He oversees groups liaison, corporate, investors and public relations. Apart from his organizational responsibilities, he has overseen the Land Acquisitions and Dispositions for the company’s real estate development projects and has been one of the reputed industry veteran in understanding the Gujarat land revenue code.
Under his vision, the groups key focus has been on financial discipline, corporate governance, transparency, timely delivery of our projects and customer interest. A man of community wellness, Subodh Sanghavi is also the President of Ghoghari Jain Samaj and is actively involved in several social and religious organizations at local and national level.

Executive Managing Director

Bhavesh Sanghavi is a prudent professional and one of the executive managing directors of the SNS Group, Surat’s one of the leading commercial real estate developers. Under his leadership spanning around two decades with the organization, the company’s governance has improved significantly adhering to corporate standards. Apart from his technical expertise, his key organizational responsibilities range from developing policies, procedures to deal sourcing, opportunity evaluations and joint ventures.

Bhavesh has graduated from Maharashtra Institute of Technology (MIT), Pune with Bachelor of Civil Engineering. He is appointed as the Secretary of CREDAI, Surat. Bhavesh is passionate about reading and getting exposed to modern construction technologies. Lastly, he expands the brand vision and gives SNS a unique global outlook to performance and management.

Devang Sanghavi is an Executive Managing Director of the SNS Group, bringing specialized insight into the firm's strategic operations. With deep industry domain knowledge, his management focus centers heavily on scaling corporate structures and optimizing portfolio expansion across local and regional market environments.
